Position Summary

 

As the Production Manufacturing Coordinator, you will work closely with Manufacturing and Materials Handling teams within the factory. You will support the collection, entry, and reporting of manufacturing records and inventory management functions. You will be responsible for reconciling and monitoring all movements, consumptions, and declarations of raw materials and final product documents within the factory, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Validate ingredient/material usages and associated variances according to recipe standards
  • Monitor and correct failed material usage errors within production reporting systems
  • Finalize and complete production run data records
  • Assist and manage material movement/consumption transactions in direct support of Materials Handling associates and operators
  • Manages inventory “cycle count” process quarterly to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Performs balance reconciliation between warehouse and inventory management systems
  • Analyze plant floor process errors and determine root causes using “SAP/EWM” transactional history reports
  • Provide timely feedback to plant production and material handling personnel in support of continuous improvement initiatives

 

Requirements

 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
  • 1+ years’ with material handling, accounting, inventory or warehousing experience preferably in a manufacturing, military or related environment. 

 

Note: This job is a 2nd shift position. 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $42,626 to $53,068. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
