Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30AM - 5PM, Friday 8:30AM - 3PM

Administrative Support: Greet and assist clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries or transferring calls as necessary. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area. Support the back-office with various tasks such as placing orders, stocking supplies, etc.
Account Management: Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Work alongside Investment Consultants in processing account transactions, preparing new account paperwork, and updating accurate CRM records.
Job Requirements: High school diploma – college experience and/or financial work experience is preferred. Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new programs such as Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
