Licensed Practical Nurse - Bloomfield & Sikeston

This job allows you to work with people served at the office and it's an opportunity to have a positive impact on their lives. The individual in this position will be an active participant in annual treatment planning for our persons served and coordinate care with external health care providers. Furthermore, this position allows for opportunities to provide training regarding health, wellness, chronic disease and health and wellness to our staff and consumers. In addition, we offer a new electronic medical record for easement of documentation input and billing. Ultimately, this position will allow you to become a part of a cohesive team with similar goals in serving our communities. We have an opportunity in our Sikeston office. 

Qualified Applicants must be licensed by the State of Missouri as a Practical Nurse. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word are preferred. The work schedule would consist of Monday through Friday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
