Groundbreaking - Stars and Stripes Museum
Join us on Tuesday, July 9th at Noon as we celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for the new 3,300 square foot addition to the Stars and Stripes Museum!
This new space will house four WWII vehicles and other exhibits, providing a dedicated area to showcase these important artifacts. The expansion will ensure ADA compliance, offering improved accessibility for all visitors. By enhancing their exhibit space, they will be able to offer more educational programs, better preserve collections, and improve the overall visitor experience.
The new addition represents a significant commitment to honoring the legacy of military service members and journalists. It will allow the museum to expand its educational offerings, engage the community through events and partnerships, and provide a more welcoming environment for all.
We warmly invite you to join us in celebrating this exciting milestone with a ceremonial groundbreaking, featuring remarks from distinguished guests, including local officials and military personnel!
We'll see you July 9th!
